3. El lenguaje puede ayudar.
Existen estudios que demuestran que practicar ciertos juegos sexuales o adoptar algunos comportamientos “no tan habituales” ayudan a mejorar la satisfacción sexual. Además, las palabras o conversaciones eróticas pueden contribuir a que mejore la comunicación.
4. Cuida tu autoestima sexual.
La autoestima y la sexualidad están íntimamente relacionadas. Una afecta a la otra. Recuerda que la sexualidad tiene que ver más con una actitud y forma de ser, que con una característica física.
5. Busca el placer.
Para tener una sexualidad sana, es esencial comenzar por intimar en el placer propio. Para permitirnos el placer, debemos actuar primero dentro de nuestros propios valores que consideramos fundamentales en lo individual.
