Sabemos que hacer el súper puede ser una tarea difícil y a la vez compleja. Buscamos ofertas, los mejores productos y sobre todo, que estén frescos. La mayoría hacemos las compras los fines de semana o nos esperamos a fin de mes, para comprar un buen mandado. Comparamos precios con otros supermercados, sobre cual tiene la mejor verdura, el mejor pan, la mejor carne, pollo, pescado, latas, en fin. Buscamos calidad y buen precio. Pero regularmente cometemos faltas, como ir en días muy concurridos o comprar cosas innecesarias.
Te presentamos diez faltas que solemos cometer cuando se trata de comprar la despensa y como evitarlos.
- Comprar en los días más concurridos.
Si lo que quieres es conseguir las mejores ofertas, considera comprar a mitad de semana y de preferencia al final del día. Aunque te parezca raro, en estos días es cuando el pan, carnes y otros alimentos, tienen una rebaja especial. Además, puedes preguntar cuando es que reponen o traen nueva mercancía, para que puedas tener los alimentos aún más frescos.
- No hacer un presupuesto.
Es un error que muchos cometemos, pero sin duda hacer un presupuesto te ayudará a incrementar tus ahorros. Ten una cifra en mente y apégate a ella. En algunos casos, las marcas propias del supermercado tienen un precio menor, que las marcas de renombre.
- No conocer los precios.
Si no tienes conocimiento de los precios, ¿cómo es que comparas con otros supermercados? Tal vez, el producto que siempre llevas subió recientemente de precio y estás sobre limitando tu presupuesto. Lo ideal es elaborar una lista de precios o bien, revisar el circular del supermercado.
- Utilizar fila rápida.
Paradójicamente esta fila nunca es tan rápida como se espera. La mejor opción, es tomar alguna de las filas que están al final izquierdo.
- Comprar comida de más o muy poca.
¿Te pasa que tiras verdura a final de la semana? ¿O que no consumiste todo lo que trajiste del súper? Muchas veces nos dejamos llevar por el consumismo o las ofertas y compramos productos, que en ocasiones nunca se consumen. Es por eso, que la mejor opción es enlistar los productos necesarios y sobre todo, no comprar en grandes cantidades artículos que son perecederos. También es importante tener una idea de los productos que aún tienes y que no necesitas volver a comprar.
- No cuentas con un plan de comidas.
Es muy importante tener un plan de comidas cuando se trata de hacer las compras. Así evitarás comprar de más o de menos y tendrás una idea que tanto comprar y en que cantidades.
- Compras con el estómago vacío.
Un error muy común que cometemos es comprar con hambre. Cuando hacemos las compras, la lista de productos se olvida y seleccionamos la que se nos antoja y no lo que realmente necesitamos. Así que, si estás por salir a hacer el súper, lleva el estomago lleno.
- Productos fuera de temporada.
Es bien sabido que cuando compramos algunas frutas o verduras de temporada, el precio es mucho más barato, el sabor y la calidad es mejor. Aún es más recomendable, adquirirlo en tiendas locales o mercados, donde el surtido de verduras es diario.
- Comprar en tiendas equivocadas.
Lo ideal es comprar algunos productos en ciertas tiendas especializadas o que tengan mejor precio y sabor. Si compras en tiendas donde algunos productos que ofrecen, no son su especialidad, muy probablemente gastarás más de la cuenta.
