Un reciente estudio del Congreso Mundial de Gastroentereología dio a conocer que más de 50 millones de mexicanos han sufrido dolores abdominales y que a nivel mundial es el país más propenso a enfermedades gastrointestinales.
Es por ello, que te recomendamos algunos consejos para que en las próximas fechas no sufras de los terribles efectos secundarios de las cenas navideñas.
1. Mide tus combinaciones
Intenta no mezclar demasiados carbohidratos con proteínas, este tipo de combinación le resultará de gran esfuerzo a tu sistema digestivo. Puede provocar pesadez, dolor abdominal y gases.
2. Regula el pan que consumes
Sabemos que puede resultar difícil, pero es recomendable sólo comer una porción de pan y no combinarlo con mantequilla o algún paté. Juntos son una bomba de carbohidratos en tú estómago y además contiene una buena cantidad de calorías.
3. Evita las famosas “entradas”
Desafortunadamente, los embutidos, quesos, salmón ahumado, queso crema en cualquiera de sus presentaciones, contienen una alta cantidad calórica. Que, en suma, con la cena de navidad, harán que tu estómago se sobrecargue.
4. Organiza el orden de las comidas
Además de las comidas y las combinaciones, es importante el orden en que lo consumas. Comienza cada comida con una ensalada fresca, así prepararás a tu estómago y lo estimularas para recibir más alimentos. La fruta fresca también ayuda a que el proceso digestivo se prepare, si no te gusta la combinación con la cena, puedes hacerlo horas antes. Si en tu cena, estás incluyendo proteínas y carbohidratos, es mejor comenzar por las proteínas y después con los carbohidratos.
Ten las debidas precauciones en la ingesta de alimentos y recuerda que el más afectado en el consumo excesivo es tu estómago. Lo ideal para estas fechas decembrinas es consumir alimentos ricos, nutritivos y sanos, pero si este no es el caso, hacerlo con las medidas apropiadas.
