Hoy en día las redes sociales abren paso a un sinfín de problemáticas. Las hay de todo tipo, pero en particular cuando se trata de invadir nuestra privacidad, sentirnos incómodas (os) con alguna acción, como por ejemplo tener a un seguidor que a diario esté pendiente de tus post, fotos, comentarios y se encuentre en la mayoría de tus redes, es algo alarmante y que no debe tomarse a la ligera.
Si sientes que estás siendo victima de acoso, lo mejor es actuar ante esto. Para ello te damos 10 claves para actuar frente al acoso o stalkyng.
1. No contestes mensajes o comentarios.
Por lo regular solemos responder comentarios o mensajes por cortesía, pero en estos casos es mejor tomar distancia. Si por lo regular, esta situación te parece angustiante y te genera ansiedad, es mejor poner límites para que entienda que no estás interesada en lo más mínimo en relacionarte con él.
2. Evita cualquier tipo de contacto.
Si aun lo tienes en tu lista de contactos, es mejor buscar la opción de bloqueo. Por salud mental es mejor fijar límites, sobre todo en redes sociales. Si no te hace sentir bien, es mejor no llevar ese recordatorio todos los días.
3. Configura la privacidad de tus redes y la información que proporciones.
Puedes comenzar por cambiar la privacidad de “público” a privado o solo amigos que tengas dentro de tus contactos. Elimina la información privada, como son números telefónicos, dirección, correo electrónico, etcétera.
4. Si te sientes acosada (o), coméntalo con amigos o familiares.
No trates de arreglar la situación en solitario. Platícalo con las personas más allegadas a ti y como es que esta situación te afecta. Es importante que estén enterados de este problema para saber cómo reaccionar adecuadamente si se complica el conflicto.
5. Si sobrepasa los límites, acude con las autoridades.
Toma todas las pruebas necesarias que pueden servir como prueba ante un caso de acoso. Da aviso a las autoridades, en particular a la policía cibernética que estás siendo victima de acoso, para que tomen las medidas de seguridad correspondientes.
