El reporte de buro de crédito es como tú currículum ante los bancos o instituciones que prestan servicios crediticios. Si no fuera por este reporte, no podrías lograr la aprobación de un crédito o de un financiamiento.
Esta información puede ayudarte a librarte un poco la duda y la preocupación del funcionamiento del buró de crédito. También te ayudará a ser más inteligente con tus finanzas.
- Solicitar el reporte es gratis.
Puedes solicitar el reporte una vez al año por cada agencia o reportes del buró. Además la información es enviada a tu correo y la puedes descargar si así lo deseas. Es importante que antes de solicitar tu consulta, tengas a la mano el último estado de cuenta o número de crédito con algún banco o institución.
2. No te asustes si estás en buró.
Que estés en buró de crédito tiene 3 grandes razones y son necesariamente tener una deuda:
· Haz utilizado créditos bancarios.
· Haz utilizado tarjetas de crédito o departamentales.
· Cuentas con crédito hipotecario.
Recuerda que el buro de crédito, es sólo un reporte de un comportamiento crediticio, si estás en el buró no te hace más ni menos.
3. No es cierto que se puede borrar
Desafortunadamente existen empresas o personas que se dedican a “eliminar tu historial crediticio” aprovechándose de la desinformación y de las preocupaciones de las personas para obtener un beneficio. Tal hecho, es imposible de realizar. Es por ello, que lo mejor es sanar tus cuentas directamente con tu deudor.
4. El tiempo lo cura todo y también el buró.
Si tu historial es bueno, malo, regular o si ya estás al corriente con tus deudas, el reporte durará aproximadamente seis años. Los reportes solo pueden ser borrados por la Ley para regular a sociedades de información crediticia.
5. Solicitar un reporte podría prevenir deudas externas.
Si has sido victima de clonación de tarjeta o alguien hace uso indebido de tus cuentas bancarias, seguramente tu nombre y créditos estarán endeudados. Es por ello, que solicitar un reporte de buró, te dará más claridad de todas las cuentas que has obtenido hasta el día de hoy.
