 Ejercitarse, comer proteínas  y descansar pueden ayudar a aumentar nuestras hormonas de la felicidad.

La serotonina es la hormona que se encarga de regular nuestro estado de ánimo y está relacionada con la motivación del individuo. Investigaciones afirman que la falta de esta hormona en nuestro cuerpo, nos puede llevar hasta la depresión.

Es por eso, que expertos en la materia, nos explican como podemos generar las “hormonas de la felicidad naturalmente, haciendo cambios en nuestros hábitos, los que nos llevara a que nuestros niveles de serotonina se disparen.

  1. Hacer ejercicio

Hacer deporte o cualquier tipo de ejercicio, ya sea cardio o fuerza, nos ayudan a liberar esta hormona. Una partida de futbol, beisbol , también son un buen ejercicio, ya que, además de ayudarnos a incrementar nuestras hormonas, también son particularmente divertidos.

2. Comer proteínas.

La alimentación sana siempre es la clave para una vida mejor y para incrementar nuestras hormonas. Comer proteínas es tan importante en la síntesis de esta molécula, pues esta hormona es una proteína que se forma a partir de otras más simples. Las proteínas se pueden clasificar en dos partes:

La proteína de origen animal se encuentra presente en alimentos como carne, pescado, marisco, leche y sus derivados lácteos.

Comprometernos social y cumplir con nuestras responsabilidades, buscar una mejor organizaciones ya sea en casa o en el trabajo es una excelente alternativa, que nos ayudará a liberar dopamina. Pero, ¿Qué es la dopamina? La dopamina se encarga de la recompensa y se libera para obtención de placer a partir de factores externos (comer, dormir, realizar actividades, etc.) Por lo general es la que nos da un sentimiento de satisfacción.

4. Escucha tu música favorita

¿Sabías que la música nos ayuda a liberar opioides naturales y endorfinas que nos provocan sensaciones placenteras? Adiel Malik, neurocientífico de la Universidad de Harvard, hicieron un experimento en el que los participantes tuvieron que llevar dos canciones que realmente les gustaran y que produjeran intensos sentimiento de placer para ellos, incluyendo la sensación de escalofríos, el estudio concluyó que escuchar música, modula los niveles de serototina, epinefrina, dopamina, oxitocina y prolactina. La música incluso puede inducir de manera fiable los sentimientos de placer.
