Si bien intentas ahorrar para irte de viaje con tus amigos al extranjero o para hacer un gran cambio en tu vida económica y se te dificulta ahorrar, pero no sabes cómo empezar o no identificas cuales son las actitudes que te impiden ahorrar y te hacen gastar más de lo que ganas, ¡No te preocupes! Te tenemos la solución.
Y es que lo más sencillo, es conocerse a uno mismo, saber cuáles son nuestros gustos, pasatiempos, gastos fuera y dentro de casa, hábitos financieros, en resumen, como nos comportamos cuando tenemos efectivo.
¿Cuáles son las actitudes que te impiden ahorrar?
1. Salir de fiesta
Aceptémoslo, cuando salimos de fiesta no escatimamos en gastos. Parece que la noche se pone sola para divertirse, pero al día siguiente amanecemos con la cartera vacía. El alcohol, las comidas, la gasolina y los taxis, son un gasto necesario cuando buscamos fiesta, pero definitivamente es una actitud que nos hace gastar de maneras exorbitantes.
Por ello:
-Limita tu gasto y sólo lleva efectivo.
– Dale tu cartera al amigo que no toma.
– Paga la cuenta antes.
2. Te suena la frase, “Yo trabajo mucho y me lo merezco”
Es una de las frases más usadas antes de hacer un gasto innecesario. La autocomplacencia o darnos un “gustito”, es una clara forma de justificar nuestros gastos.
3. Comprar en rebajas
Las rebajas están a la orden del día. Pasamos por los pasillos de un centro comercial y lo primero que vemos detrás del vidrio, “50% en toda nuestra mercancía” o “descuentos por tiempo limitado” y pensamos, ¡eso tiene que ser mío, además está en oferta! Una oferta que vale la pena, es sólo aquella que ofrezca un producto o servicio que realmente necesites y que gastarías más por ello.
4. Gastar impulsivamente
Es completamente normal, que cuando recibimos nuestro pago o llega un bono extra que no esperabas, quieras gastarlo a la primera.
5. Gastos innecesarios
Ahorrar tiempo y esfuerzo, te costará más. Por su puesto, qué si pagas porque alguien haga el aseo y prefieres comer fuera, que comprar el súper y hacerlo tú mismo, no te ayudará a ahorrar en lo absoluto.
