Este testo contestara a la pregunta: ¿Soy obsesivo compulsivo? ¿Te ha pasado que tienes una notificación pendiente en tú celular e inmediatamente te dispones a eliminarla y así vas descartando cada notificación, que si bien no te perjudica en lo absoluto, te da una sensación de calma y tranquilidad, o eres de los que organizas la ropa por color, tipo y te genera una sensación de pánico cuando algo no está en orden? Estos son algunos de los posibles comportamientos en personas con trastorno obsesivo compulsivo (TOC).
Quienes lo presentan tienen pensamientos repetitivos y angustiantes que se denominan obsesiones.También con el propósito de intentar controlar estas obsesiones, sienten una necesidad inevitable de realizar rituales o comportamientos denominados compulsiones.
Este trastorno afecta a ambos sexos por igual, pero las mujeres tienen mayor compulsión por la limpieza o higiene y los hombres tienen un mayor índice de TOC con obsesiones sexuales, números mágicos o lentitud obsesiva. Las edades varían, para los hombres los síntomas se presentan en la adolescencia tardía y para las mujeres, alrededor de los 20 años.
Test para saber si soy obsesivo compulsivo
Ahora bien, si sientes una ligera ansiedad por algo en particular y te genera incertidumbre saber si estás siendo obsesivo compulsivo, resuelve el siguiente test:
1. ¿Haces limpieza a menudo? (Le dedicas más de 3 horas a esta tarea)
2. ¿Tiendes a revisar notificaciones en el celular, si las puertas están cerradas, el gas o las llaves del lavabo?
3. ¿Tienes pensamientos de los cuales no puedes deshacerte?
4. ¿Tardas mucho y eres muy minucioso al realizar alguna tarea?
5. ¿Le dedicas demasiado tiempo a ordenar y te genera molestia cuando está desordenado?
Si respondiste a una o más de estas cuestiones, debes realizarte una entrevista de diagnostico formal. Ya que para que se considere con trastorno de obsesivo compulsivo, debe ser continuo y tratado medicamente.
