Es importante alimentar a la mente y desarrollar el pensamiento crítico para tomar conciencia de nuestro lugar en el mundo.
Por esa razón te decimos algunas formas de fomentar tu pensamiento crítico:
1. Reserva tiempo y espacio
En el ritmo acelerado de hoy en día, lograr tener tiempo para uno mismo es casi un acto revolucionario. Lograr dejar un huequito en tu agenda para reflexionar, dialogar contigo mismo, leer y cultivarte es un bálsamo.
2. Dudar y Preguntar
Desde Sócrates y su método, la duda es una fuente primordial de pensamiento crítico. Duda de todo lo que consumes de información, analiza y razona, y sobre todo, pregunta. No hay peor pregunta que la que no se hace.
3. Fundamenta y explica lo que piensas
No hay mejor forma que comprender e interiorizar que explicándolo. Trata de dar argumentos sólidos, racionales y comprensibles. Argumenta para ti y cuestiónate los porqués de tus conclusiones.
4. Amplía miradas.
Trata siempre de complejizar el tema o problema en cuestión. Explora, ve otros enfoques, no dogmatices o simplifiques tu pensamiento. Hay matices y es necesario que los veas. Ampliar la mirada nos da otras perspectivas para comprender mejor. Como en el periodismo: siempre es necesario escuchar todas las versiones para tener un panorama más completo.
5. Busca a personas que piensen diferente a ti
Qué aburrido sería estar con gente que piensen igual que uno. Trata de hablar con personas que sean contrario a tu pensamiento, eso sirve para lograr una mayor comprensión. Escucha, respeta y comprende lo que los otros te dicen. Eso nutre al pensamiento.
